hank you for shopping with Mandy O! We offer both Free Local Pick-Up and nationwide PUDO (Locker-to-Locker) delivery across South Africa.

1. Delivery & Pick-Up Options

2. Free Local Pick-Up

  • Selection: Select the "Local Pick-Up" option at checkout.

  • Turnaround Time: Please allow 5+ business days for your order to be processed and prepared for collection.

  • Collection Address: The physical collection address and instructions will be sent to you via email/SMS once your order is ready.

  • Notification: Please wait until you receive your official "Ready for Pick-Up" notification before coming to collect your package. Bring your order confirmation email along when collecting.

3. How PUDO Locker Delivery Works

If you select PUDO Locker delivery:

  1. Find your nearest locker using the PUDO Locker Locator.

  2. Enter the PUDO Locker Name & Location in the "Special Instructions" / "Order Notes" box during checkout that is in the cart section. (If no locker is specified, we will select the closest active PUDO locker based on your provided address.)

  3. Timeline: Total fulfillment time is 5 to 8 business days (processing + transit).

  4. Collection Window: When your parcel arrives, PUDO will send an SMS/email with a unique PIN and QR code. You have 36 hours from receiving the notice to collect your parcel from the locker.

Note: Unclaimed parcels removed by PUDO after 36 hours will incur additional courier re-delivery fees at the customer's expense.

4. Tracking & Order Status

For PUDO shipments, track your parcel anytime on the PUDO Website or app using your tracking number.

If you have not received a collection notice or pick-up email within 8 business days of ordering, please contact us at mandyoelofse22@outlook.com.

5. Damaged Goods

Risk transfers to you upon retrieving or collecting the package. If your items arrive damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately upon collection.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at mandyoelofse22@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue under our [Return & Refund Policy].
